Safety Standards
- Female employees will be accompanied by the Escort Security Guards during the first Pickup or Last drop between 19:00 Hrs. to 06:00 Hrs. as per the Govt. norms.
- All vehicle maintenance and services made periodically as per the OEM guidelines.
- Vehicles that are registered under commercial segment shall only be eligible for operations.
- GPS & Panic Buttons shall be installed at Client’s requirement.
- Periodical inspections on Front & Rear Seat Belts, Spare wheel, Tool Kit, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguishers, Air Freshener, Torch & Umbrella.
- All drivers are provided hands free to use effectively while commute. The drivers are inducted into services only after verification check of their background along with proper police verification certificate.
- All drivers are undergo with appropriate training for employee safety, driving, behavior and ethics.
Accidents & Exigencies
We have a dedicated team to take care of the situation, in case of an accident / emergency for immediate relief and rehabilitation of the injured. Simultaneously relief vehicle is also sent to the spot for transporting the stranded passengers to their respective destinations.
We have also identified certain major hospital facilities for immediate admission and treatment of the accident victims.
To work as a team with the management helping them in all aspects. We strive to make sure the passenger safety by ensuring them of safe inward and outward journey to office and home respectively.
We have our own fleet of company vehicles to sustain the load during any kind of strike, BCP etc.

Business Continuity Plan
AERO Rent-A-Car shall analyze ground situation & threats or political threats involved.
We will make a list of the primary tasks required to keep the operations break free.
We will train our staff and provide thorough explanation as where and how the vehicles must move if there’s any disastrous event.
We will deploy our own fleets to sustain the load during any kind of Strike, Protests & Business Continuity Plan of our Clients.
